Hey we live in Arizona. We get this maybe once every 25 years. But this is one heck of storm that's passing through. Started around 11 and is still going strong. Steady lightning and thunder, windy, heavy heavy raining and then this on our little back patio around noon for about 15 minutes:

In a perverse way, kind of fun. And it seems that the storm has passed. No more hail. No more thunder or lightning or wind. And the rain seems to have dramatically subsided. Perhaps some sight-seeing -- a little wet, but still -- will happen after all.
Fortunately, we have a very nice sized room, with desk AND sofa and free wifi. It's all good.
Gene says: This was year 25 in AZ apparently. Lots of roof and A/C damage a month or so ago. One of the rentals needs repair as a result.
